I thought it would be cool to start this blog off with some big flames from a recent BBQ weekend. We were using charcoal briquettes on a standard outdoor camping grill and just loading on the lighterfluid. Granted, we were already done cooking and just having some fun. Adding too much lighter fluid (if you need to at all) can make your food taste bad like gasoline.
